Sayheita Communications is a brand communications and marketing company based in Johannesburg, South Africa, 100% owned by a black woman, a former South African newspaper and magazine editor. The company specialises works with organisations to deliver a cohesive message across all media channels, building and sustaining trust, and providing a positive brand experience to employees and stakeholders. In the nine years of existence, we have surpassed our expectations by providing strategic communications and managing reputations for major corporations in various sectors such as education, automobile, travel and tourism, and health, amongst others.

We have built a reputable agile business, that is highly responsive to the ever-changing world, providing a flexible and dependable service that boasts a quick turnaround time. In light of the high unemployment rate among South African youth, Sayheita Communications has taken the noble cause of employing mostly young professionals, while senior employees are offering mentorship and coaching, and negotiating with our clients to offer exchange programmes to offer them valuable resources and guidance necessary to grow and succeed in various spheres of business.

Founder, Ms Dudu Mvimbi Leshabane is a communications specialist with over 25 years in mainstream journalism and digital media. The 15 years she spent as an editor of reputable titles has equipped her with full insight and understanding of South African and International issues, and consumer behaviours that are required to adapt to the evolving media landscape.

The former True Love Magazine Editor has worked for other leading media brands repositioning them to become relevant to their target market. She has also put her golden touch to other media including Pace Magazine, Sowetan, Sunday World, and Real Magazine. Having worked on these big print publications has empowered her with extensive contacts and knowledge to produce high-quality and competitive communications strategies, while managing the brands and their reputation.

Consulting in corporate communications spaces has empowered her with a full insight into the challenges that businesses face today and how they can be agile and responsive to current situations.
